We are looking for two professional Rope Access Technicians to join our specialist team. We are looking for those qualified in Rope access who are keen to be permanent members of a team. 

• To participate and, as required, supervise and control a rope access/blade inspection team. Control of rope deployment as per SPRAT and company procedures. Planning work, managing the activity of blade technicians. Liaising with relevant supervisors. 
• Leading service work, involving lifting operations using mobile cranes and lifting equipment. 
• Ensuring good turbine housekeeping, all technicians adhering to and utilising best practice and providing H&S vigilance. 
• Leading retrofit work. 
• Keep service vehicles clean, tidy and full of consumables. Preparation of tools and equipment. 
• Complete service records, checklists and technical paperwork. Ensuring the accuracy of the templates submitted by technicians. 
• Be available to travel away from home to assist in unscheduled tasks or take part in training activities. 
• Be available to travel away from home to assist in unscheduled tasks or take part in training activities. 
• Service, warranty, fault finding and repair work to be performed. 
• Blade: inspection & repair, settings, adjustments, lightening protection, stall strips & vortex generators. 
• Nacelle, tower & Spinner: any work that requires rope access techniques. 
• Major & Minor component change. 
• Composite material repair and restoring surface finish.


• Previous experience in a similar role. 
• IRATA level 2 or SPRAT level 3 qualification essential * (Candidates with specific skills and competencies in composite blade inspection and repair techniques / Siemens product training will be considered for employment with specific training to be provided)
