DQC/A3N/SAM/002- Sales Accounts manager
Our client, a leading telecommunication system integrator and solution provider located in Lekki, Lagos seeks the services of a Sales Accounts manager. Candidate must possess ad degree in marketing or any related discipline with least 3 years experience in sales of telecoms infrastructure, Access network solutions, transmission solutions, core network solutions, value added services, network security systems etc.
· Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
· Build customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the products
· Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
· Perform collection activities as required
· Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
· Complete proactive customer “good will” calls
· Candidate must be highly organized and efficient, must demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and show consistent professionalism and good judgement
