Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling proactive and reactive sales calls in an efficient and effective manner and providing key administrative support to our  sales function.

Liaising with both customers and suppliers, you'll handle any queries via telephone, fax, email, post and face-to-face contact in a timely and professional manner. Building relationships with new and existing customers, you'll strive to retain business and identify exciting new sales opportunities.

Undertaking a range of key administrative duties, you'll process sales and purchase orders, produce invoices and undertake reporting activities. Additionally, you'll ensure that all records and information systems are accurate and up-to-date to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our  operations.


- Previous sales administration experience, ideally gained within a utilities sector supply environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Excel 
- At a minimum, Maths and English GCSEs at grade C

As a Sales Administrator, you must possess first class organisation, communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commercial awareness. Enthusiastic and proactive, you must also have a customer-focused approach and a determined and driven nature.
