As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our sales and marketing functions, increasing revenue and brand awareness. Specifically, you will manage the development and growth of the company as the industry moves away from traditional marketing into digital marketing and mobile access arenas.
You will also oversee the effective use of our UK and Irish portals and e-newsletter publications and manage and develop the company's UK team and freelance journalists. Managing existing blue-chip accounts, you will also identify and develop new accounts to maximise profitability.
Additionally, you will create and deliver business plans and budgets, identify and develop business opportunities and successfully develop digital media sales.
- At least eight years' experience in the digital marketing or online publishing sector
- Experience of either digital media sales at a senior level OR marketing within a digital agency
- A degree
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you must be a strong communicator with superb interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills. Driven and proactive, you must possess exceptional leadership abilities and a target-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will have experience and/or an understanding of the electrical, electronics or building industry and the associated products and solutions.
