Job Description

Provide administrative support to the sales staff in all market segments to maximize sales-revenue-for the company throughout Dubai


Provide full administration support to the DOSM & BDM

Assist in planning appointments and activities

Assist in organizing familiarization trips, trade shows, exhibitions and take part when deemed appropriate

Maintain and update client database on a regular basis using Global Delphi

Maintain an efficient filing system

Ensure response to all clients' enquiries is timely, efficient and according to the group policies

Assist in direct mail distribution and action plan items

Liaise with hotel executives in the co-ordination of their visits to the marketplace

Assist with group requests and follow-ups

Promote Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in a professional manner and according to the group policies at all time


Tertiary education, with preference in hotel management studies or related subjects

2 years experiences in hotel or other related hospitality industry

Great communication and interpersonal skill

Good command in both spoken and written English

Detail minded and good computer literacy with experience in Delphi is a plus
