Reporting into the Country Head, you will be responsible for-
Creating and driving the sales strategy of the organization.
Achieving Business Plan Targets to contribute to the profitability & market share
Looking at the go to market strategy of the organization
Achieving other targets of Business Plan through pricing strategy & budget management
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure there are synergies between the two functions.
You must be a B.Tech and have an MBA from a Top tier B-school.
You should have 15+ years post MBA experience in sales management and strategy.
You should be coming from the FMCG industry.
You must have prior exposure setting up/ revamping the distribution of a large setup.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be strong at strategic thinking.
