1. Provide technical sales support to promote and develop the RAS Products, Systems and Services business in Oil & Gas Market to achieve Sales growth within Central Region ( UAE , Oman, Lebanon, Egypt , Yemen)
2. Provide Monthly Sales forecast for review of the sales performance in order to meet or exceed targets
3. Provide regular monthly reports including a summary of key activities/projects, work schedules, proposal logs and competitive feedback etc
4. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
5. Identify new potential customers
6. Drive the sales cycle from conceptual bid to hand over to operation with customers (both end user and EPC’s), under the supervision of the Region Sales Manager
7. Follow-up customer opportunities
8. Ensure customer satisfaction level is met and report internally customer’s feed-back
9. Provide regular update on the progress made against the strategic plans for each targeted customer
10. Constantly increase the knowledge of the target customers
11. Ensure visits and calls made are in accordance with a predetermined objective.
12. Work according to Emerson internal policies and within the granted level of authority supported by the Regional Sales Manager
13. Adhere to Company trade compliance policies and Ethic code of conduct.
· Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent
· Proven background in proactive selling
· Control & Instrumentation background
· Knowledge in SCADA and RTU
