As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales of our innovative learning and development services through inbound and outbound telephone enquiries. You will oversee existing accounts and forge strong relationships with customers in order to grow sales and maximise revenue.
Maintaining a customer database, you will qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline and ensure that it is kept fully up-to-date. You will prepare effective sales action plans and develop sales proposals and presentations in order to exceed company targets.
Liaising with both new and existing customers, you will respond to sales enquiries in a timely and effective manner and provide a fantastic level of service at all times.
Your other duties will include:
- Outbound calling
- Preparing sales reports
- Participating in sales events
- Contributing to bids and tenders
- Working across teams to propose the best solution for clients
You must have previous sales experience. Equally important are your excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
