Sales Generation: Generate sales by effectively handling customers, and explaining product features, advantages and benefits with the objective of closing the sales cycles and achieving assigned sales target.
Sales closing: Close the sales cycle by ensuring that the customer is invoiced accurately, following up on delivery within the store or installation at customer premises, so that all sales related commitments are met and the revenue generated from the sales is accounted for.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction from the transaction by checking for customer understanding of product features and operations, particularly in case of high value products, and follow up on any after sales support, if required.
Handle all customer complaints and resolve any product related queries and complaints arising from the merchandise category responsible for. Carry out returns and exchange ensuring compliance with company procedure, if required, with the objective of building relationship with customer and developing future business.
Relationship Building: Develop relationship with repeat as well as high value customers by informing them about new product launches, promotion and activities so as to generate repeat sales and build on customer loyalty.
Sales/Product planning: Carry out merchandising plan, give input to improve merchandising standards, ensure all relevant product information is clearly conveyed as well as the entire product range is made available to customer to maximize sale opportunity.
Product Knowledge: Take personal initiative as well as participate in any training opportunities to ensure complete and current knowledge of the product range, so as to educate or inform customers on features, advantages and benefits and meet sales target.
Stock Monitoring: Follow up with category team on maintenance of minimum quantity of stock levels of the product; ensure adequate availability of fast moving stock with the objective of ensuring that there is no stock out situation and loss of sales opportunity.
Accounts Receivables: - Proper A.R maintenance in terms of collection of PDC as per the company’s policy should be executed. Timely & constant follow up of the customers outstanding by keeping a track on the due dates is required.
Product Placement: - Should list all the new product lines with their respective customers & ensure products variants across the channel partners.
Customer development: - Take personal initiative to increase customer base for B2B products and open new business verticals.

- Must have 3 plus years of experience in Business to Business of Toshiba or Electronics products
