Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Make appointments with and meeting new customers.
  • Agree sales, prices, contracts and payments.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Promote new products and any special deals.
  • Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Execution of creative end-to-end sales solutions
  • Ability to deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
  • Develop an understanding of the real estate industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with large retailers, advertising agencies and companies
  • Maximize our long-term business profitability
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential.
  • Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
  • Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Selling on our platform.
  • Engage with merchants to understand their needs and gauge fit with our services.
  • Assist internal partners to drive change remove roadblocks and close business.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in sales experience

● HND, BSC, BA/BS degree preferred

● Proven ability to influence others

● Superior communication and presentation skills

● Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

● Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

● Always does what is right for the customer – relentlessly customer-focused

● Creative, has initiative, and can constructively advocate on behalf of their clients internally

●Technical aptitude with web-based tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
