-Client Relationship Management: Build Trusted and valued relationships with key decision makers and operations units of the clients. Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business requirements Seamlessly navigate the clients' organization structure and create value.
-Stakeholder Management: Build a strong profile as a reliable and knowledgeable business partner to OCC, SDNS, FM, SST, Operations, L&C and other internal stakeholders.
-Leadership: Promote effective team engagement and encourage teamwork.
- At least 5 years experience in corporate banking or operations with in-depth knowledge of cash and trade products. Organized and detailed oriented. Sound knowledge and experience in relationship management with senior management.
- Client focused and willing to go beyond expectations. Ability to articulate well with all people at different levels. Action-oriented. Good analytical skills. Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients creating credibility.
