W-holistic Business Solutions is looking to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Sales Manager for its client, a pharmaceutical company in Lagos.
- Supervise the activities of the Sales Team and ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the company’s targets and objectives.
- Effective implementation of business development strategies of the company.
- Assist with the preparation of annual and sales departmental budget and ensure that it is adhered to.
- Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying trends and determining system improvements thereby implementing change.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Manage client relationships through feedbacks from reporting staff; maintain high standards of customer service and cordial relationship with key customers.
- Responsible for the sale of products within the assigned portfolio deploying best practice to achieve sales target.
- First degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline
- Postgraduate/professional qualification in any relevant discipline will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Must possess human management skills
- Must be apt in selling and business negotiation
