Job Description

  • Support sales organization through customers, operational and business support. Responsible for serving as primary interface between sales management and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures relating to online/offline order administration, order fulfilment and communication. Evaluates and implements improvements to sales programs and processes including: anticipating demand, account management, leads, planning and prioritization, closing strategies, pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.


  1. Site Lead/Business Manager
  • Act as site lead and main point of contact for APOS Services Sales operation in Dell Badge Quezon City site
  • Monitors and evaluates customer, financial, process, quality, and employee metrics across assigned teams to ensure consistency and high service/quality levels
  • Roll out quarterly KPIs to onsite sales teams and offer operational support to maximize sales force productivity
  • Provides pre-sales and/or post sales operational support to leadership team
  • Researches customers or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross functionally to resolve
  • Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization
  • Facilitates product and sales information flow
  • Drives sales operation process improvements
  • Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalations/SKU management
  • Works as a local leader level for assigned project or metric
  1. Identifies and recommend best practices and processes across all business units part of the APOS Sales organization
  2. Manages all site specific tool access, coordinates participation with extended site activities, acts as primary POC for anything impact site operations, inclusive of but not limited to: site outages, tool outages, team outages, QBR reviews, etc.
  3. Take on strategic projects as needed as required by the business


  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 2 years relevant experience
  • Multi-function sales operations experience spanning: Project management and sales planning/forecasting required
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, with great interpersonal skills. Must be a team player.
  • Previous Dell experience supporting services or E&A/S&P LOBs is a plus
