As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for contributing to the sales team through a wide range of activities, including lead generation, dealing with incoming sales enquiries and meeting with customers.
Using internal and external databases and additional sources, you will develop leads and prepare quotes and costings for jobs. You will follow-up enquiries and quotations by liaising with customers and take part in account management activities.
- Commercial experience gained from a sales or sales support role within the IT and/or security industry
- A good understanding of IT technology with some experience of networking
- A good level of IT literacy and web skills
As a Sales Support Executive, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A good eye for detail, an honest disposition and exceptionally high standards are all key.
Experience with CCTV would be beneficial to your application, however this is by no means essential.
