As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for effectively selling our high quality garden, home and leisure products in order to exceed sales and revenue targets. You will lead, coach and mentor a team of five Sales Associates to ensure optimum performance.
Leading by example, you'll follow up sales enquiries, provide a first-class level service of service and up-sell products to maximise company revenue and meet KPIs. Providing key support to the Line Manager, you will develop and train the Sales Team and undertake regular performance reviews.
Monitoring internal systems and processes, you will identify any failures and develop and implement resolutions to prevent reoccurrence. Additionally, you wll monitor quality assurance within the Sales Department and ensure that customer service, response time levels and customer satisfaction is maximised to meet our client's 'gold standards'.
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience
- A sales background
As the Sales Team Leader, you must possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills with an ambitious and driven nature. Self-motivated and proactive, you must also have a flexible approach, a passion for sales and a strong attention to detail.
Previous experience of selling garden, home and leisure products would be beneficial to your application.
