As well as managing our day-to-day operational performance and Sales strategy and delivery, you'll be creating a uniquely collaborative culture where everyone takes ownership of every aspect of their calls. You should also be keen to get involved in driving strategy in terms of attracting, recruiting, managing and retaining the right people alongside hitting daily KPI's for productivity, quality and value.
Ensuring our people have the right blend of skills to deal with every call, enabling them to understand our customers' entertainment needs and matching them to our fantastic products and services, your ability to see both the big picture and the tiniest detail will be vital.
This is a role that delivers through others, so to be successful you must be an effective 'manager of managers'. You'll effectively manage between 6 and 8 first line managers, and run these teams as a business unit. Inspirational, effective and approachable, you'll be full of ideas as to how we can continuously make things better - and will have the determination, confidence and strength of character needed to put them into practice.
