Job Description

• Support improving relationships with Customers through creating capabilities to use systems solutions to optimise the End to End Supply Chain
• Be the lead for the MCO in working with the End to End Order to Cash Process Offices to understand their strategic development plans and assess their feasibility/appropriateness for the MCO and proposing optimisation solutions and associated resource requirements to the MCO Customer Service Leadership Team
• Evaluate the IT aspects for change projects and make recommendations about application of the Sirius Core Business Model 
• Work closely with the Customer Service teams and Supply Chain Project Manager communities in MCO Supply Chain to ensure that use of SIRIUS Core Business Model is optimised, new developments from Process Office are implemented efficiently and effectively and identify areas for improvement and raise these with the Process Offices
• Work with key contacts in Customer Service, Plan and Distribution to ensure that any improvement opportunities in the SIRIUS Core Business Model are identified and taken forward through the relevant process offices using the process and administration in Clarity system
• Support the MCO Supply Chain teams in developing appropriate User Acceptance Testing plans for testing of systems developments and Key User Regression Testing to support regional / global IT changes 
• Co-ordination of any Supply Chain Business impact statements for Urgent Change 


• Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes within the Sirius environment
• A detailed understanding of EDI processes for EDI orders and EDI Dispatch advices
• Ability to lead development of new systems solutions for selected Customers
• Experience of systems testing and co-ordination
• A knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Confident networking and well developed communication skills and an ability to use positive influencing strategies to gain support and commitment from other parts of the business, Customers and third parties
• Detailed knowledge of how SAP is used to support End to End Order to Cash and Deliver processes and interfaces between SAP and other systems operated by third parties processes
• Experience of working on SAP (or other ERP systems) development and implementation projects
• Track record of leveraging great relationships within the organisation
