Job Description

The Scheduler Coordinator will be an integral member of the Reliability Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the offshore installation.
The position will provide support to the Reliability Team Leader (RTL) by taking ownership for a range of processes and procedures which support SERIP (Surface Equipment Reliability and Integrity Process).This will involve being responsible for all installation equipment and monitoring all schedules and operations to ensure optimal efficiency.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the RTL with defining and planning the work scope of Turnaround maintenance and campaigns
  • Driving effective planning by liaising with Asset Planner and Logistics Coordinator on maintenance issues to achieve optimum work site coordination
  • Analyses data analysis projections in order to advise on the level of technician resources required
  • Providing stand-in cover for the Reliability Team Leader
  • Management of all workflow and processes
  • Contributes to and maintains incident-free operations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Will be engaged in Turnaround planning and or special projects as agreed by the RTL
  • Provides coaching and feedback on reliability and maintenance issues to the offshore workforce
  • Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of all SERIP processes and procedures and have demonstrated knowledge of all maintenance disciplines to a level sufficient to facilitate flawless planning. A commitment to safety is essential for this role.
  • Extensive experience of a technical discipline, ideally electrical, mechanical or instrumentation, with a broad understanding of other technical disciplines
  • Must be capable of interpreting process and instrument technical drawings, single line electrical diagrams and understand hazardous area zoning classifications 
  • A basic understanding of reliability theory and associated processes
  • Familiarity with safety management systems in a maintenance context
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven influencing ability at all levels
  • Knowledge of SAP maintenance modules, or demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheets, databases or other technical software packages
  • Awareness of planning processes and proven ability to practically apply these skills
