Responsible for the daily Operations, Administration & Maintenance (OAM) and support of business applications (CRM, IP Contact Centre).
Ensure applications are fully functional and performing optimally.
Configure application parameters.
Partake in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Operation Readiness Tests (ORT).
Responsible for software upgrades and patches.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and any other related field.
Relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Project Management/Programming Management.
Good understanding of Call Centre Operations and trends in the telecommunication industry.
Good knowledge of Siebel CRM, IP contact Centre, Windows, Unix, Oracle RDBMS and networking fundamentals.
