Job Description

The Senior Associate, Learning and Development, is accountable for successful delivery of learning solutions. This role facilitates scheduled and just-in-time training programs, primarily within London and Continental Europe. The role works collaboratively with other Learning and Development team members to design learning solutions to be developed and delivered both in-house and through external vendors. The Senior Associate Learning position requires: 



  • Delivery of core learning programmes
  • Design and delivery of some bespoke learning solutions
  • Development and coaching of individuals within the business
  • Management of learning based on business requirements
  • Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and act as a champion for learning and development
  • Assesses learning program participants for knowledge and behaviors learned
  • Continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
  • Work as part of a global team to share knowledge; skills and experience
  • The work environment is fast-paced, moderately noisy and team-based.
  • 20% or more travel may be required.



  • 2-4 years training or organizational development experience in successfully delivering, designing and implementing learning solutions in a business setting
  • Previous work in a team environment; global/distributed experience preferred
  • Must have experience training adults, preferably of varying age and experience levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts/humanities, business, organizational development or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to interpret and extensive variety of instructions in verbal, written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
