Job Description


  • Essential duties and responsibilities include the following and others as assigned:
  • Provide practical employment law advice to other people success team members and directly to business clients.
  • Run knowledge sharing sessions within the PS team
  • Compliance auditing of policies and processes
  • Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making among the People success Team and other internal teams
  • Actively participate in people operational initiatives, including process improvement activities and development of best practice
  • Must have a professional manner as well as a high level of interpersonal skills to handle time-sensitive and stressful situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly
  • Write business correspondence and provide management information reports as required, lead collection and analysis of information, effectively present information and respond to questions from clients at all levels
  • Provide operational support to HR business partners
  • Fully own processes from start to finish, including administration ownership of these activities




  • Familiarity with consulting, information technology services and advertising/marketing business and contracts valued
  • A good understanding of the employee lifecycle, demonstrating experience of this
  • In depth knowledge of transactional processes gained in an HR environment
  • Ability to interpret policy and guidance to customers
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think and make decisions quickly, and to communicate issues and solutions clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly
  • Experience creating reports and writing business correspondence
  • Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists with the ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve service
  • Proficient with word-processing, spreadsheets, internet and email software. Experience of using HR systems desirable
  • Ability to effectively work with project teams and clients
  • Experience of working in a customer focussed environment, ideally working to SLA’s
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach peers and customers on processes, systems and best practice
  • Ability to complete tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail
  • Track record of working to deadlines
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR required.
