Job Description

Under the supervision of the HCM Project Manager at NYUAD, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting business requirements, analysis and design of a new HR System, Applicant Tracking System and Payroll system. We are under the process of replacing all HR systems and need requirement gathering from stakeholders, design sessions and working with the various HR/Payroll vendors in the implementation phases of the new software. The role will specifically involve partnering with Human Resources and other stakeholders to support the successful rollout of HR projects and initiatives. The Analyst will communicate with departmental unit heads to ensure expectations and requirements are met and managed. In addition the ideal candidate will have configuration and design experience in at least one of the major SaaS or ERP based software like Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft and ADP Global View etc.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent
  • 5-7 years' in requirement gathering for HR, ATS/Recruitment module and Global Payroll systems
  • 5-7 years' experience in HR software implementation experience
  • Hands-on experience with the configuration/design in a SaaS modeled implementation
  • Experience partnering with teammates to develop, analyze and manage administrative processes and projects
  • Knowledge of and experience in working in a diverse global business environment
  • Experience in HR implementation where an ERP tool was implemented, specially Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, any ATS and Global Payroll systems
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and dig for requirements and understand business processes
  • Global HR project experience, i.e. implemented HR/Payroll/ATS in a global environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite of tools: Excel, Word, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in adapting to rapidly changing circumstances Demonstrated ability to contribute to team building and thrive in a team environment
