► Work closely with one of our prominent Defense and Security clients in Abu Dhabi on a two year engagement (potential to extend.)

Significant involvement in reviewing commercial contracts
Experience working closely service providers, ensuring appropriate service delivery based on the contract terms and conditions
The candidate needs to attend meeting with the contractors and to address different type of issues and prepare the minutes of meetings either in Arabic or English.
Ability to draft contracts and amendments to the contracts.
Manage correspondence with the contractors and draft letters either in Arabic or English.
Translate contracts clauses, correspondence and discuss it with our client management.
Provide support to our client in preparing the contracts hardcopy files.
Review and arrange the existing contracts hardcopy files.
Ability to work and archive our client contracts through electronic copies.
Providing advice and guidance on commercial contracts, highlighting concern areas
Prior experience in translating technical documents from Arabic to English
Four plus years post qualification professional experience, including a preference for international experience
Proven report writing, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner
Financially numerate, good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills including evidence of both strong team working and managing skills
Proven ability to provide support on several projects concurrently including ensuring client deadlines are met
Track record in supporting the sales process required for new and existing clients
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self directed manner
Good knowledge of the wider business environment and a strong commercial grounding
Self starter, strong sense of initiative
Good organisational skills
Law degree from a leading institution including higher degree (MSc, MBA, MA, MPhil, Phd.)
Relevant Professional qualification
Arabic language skills are required
