A university degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years cognate experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
An MBA, MA or M.Sc and knowledge of HR software tools will be a distinct advantage.
Proven general administrative, financial and human resource management & development skills are Important.
The ideal candidate should be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
