Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Manager within the Company,You will be supporting a Field-based client group, you will provide daily Generalist support including, employee relations, performance management and leadership development, to an hourly and salaried employee population across one or more facilities. In addition, you will be expected to partner with your local management team by planning and executing strategic HR initiatives that support the business and build the "Best Place to Work" across your locations/clients.

. This role also has 3 direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

A minimum of 7 years of prior Human Resources experience

Prior HR Generalist

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations or Human Resources Management

Master's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations or Human Resources Management

Prior labor relations experience

Prior supervisory experience
Human Resource Manager

The HRM will assist and report directly to the Human Resource Director and will be responsible for carrying out the following duties, among others:
• Develop and implement human resource policies, structures and administrative procedures.

• Managing recruitment and selection process, orientation and training development.

• Design and implement performance management and employee development programmes.

• Play a leading role in workers negotiations and ensure a good working relationship with the relevant Labour Authorities.

• Ensure strict compliance with the country’s Labour Laws.

• Demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Prepared to work long hours, and able to handle pressure.

• Must also demonstrate appreciable capacity in Microsoft Office applications

• HR Information System/Payroll System, and will be responsible for the human resource budget.
