As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support and systems development guidance to new and existing clients. This will require your ability to use your initiative to solve complex technical challenges and provide support as the escalation point for the 1st and 2nd line team.
This is a customer-facing role that will involve taking full responsibility for running and researching a number of projects. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring and administering servers, desktops, networking components and applications.
- At least seven years' IT support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory and Exchange
- Microsoft certifications such as MCP or above
As the Senior IT Support Engineer, you must also be an excellent communicator with the ability to take ownership of problems and work under pressure. You will also need to be a team player and hold a driving licence.
