As a Business Consultant you will provide advisory assistance to investment banks, trade associations, utilities and market participants alike. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading delivery of innovative infrastructure solutions for our clients across asset classes. Your programme management skills will be put to good test liaising with and managing senior stakeholders within our clients. The projects might range from advisory projects on client clearing to data infrastructure projects in order for clients to meet the challenging upcoming regulations. Up to date business, product and regulatory knowledge is vital to remain on top of the challenges that face our clients since the landscape is not yet clear and our solutions must remain nimble and agile to adjust as required.
Lead delivery teams to drive significant change programmes and portfolios of projects using proven project methodology and tools.
Manage programmes of work in accordance with projected timelines, budgets and quality standards
Grow and maintain senior level client relationships through delivery of high quality, value added work.
Develop Sapients market presence through direct contribution to thought leadership, inspire others to participate.
Leverage the full range of Sapients offerings including advisory, technology, programme management and visualization, to design and deliver solutions for clients.
Drive development of consulting skills and further knowledge growth on a team, practice and organizational level
Guide, mentor and grow business consultants.
Degree educated or equivalent in related field
Demonstrated ability to manage and provide oversight of portfolios or large scale programmes of change, through previous experience in a Financial Services consulting environment.
Strong track record of delivering market leading solutions for clients and demonstrated ability to further senior level client relationships.
Demonstrated ability of being a team player, that leads, inspires and contributes to successful delivery of high quality work.
Oversee teams that clearly articulate complex concepts and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including facilitation of client workshops and delivery of compelling presentations.
Committed to staying up to date with current industry, regulatory and market developments.
Proven ability to grow market presence by identifying new trends and opportunities for clients.
