You will be required to written communication skills to deliver high-quality client-focused documentation including Information Memorandum and Presentations.
You will also play an important role in new business development including marketing, proposal preparation and follow up.
You will be required to manage assignment quality and risk on a day-to-day basis; manage, coach and develop client service team members and to identify opportunities for the firm generally across their client base. Drawing on your experience, you'll assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders, ensuring that work complies with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures. You'll also participate in business development initiatives.
Other non-client related roles would include working effectively as a team member by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress. As a Manager, you will be required to help create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and support their development.
Technical skills requirements
► Experience with respect to leading M&A transaction and Knowledge of the M&A transaction Process

► Very good knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation concepts
