Job Description

  • Team leader for the IMAC Team.
  • Plan and organize all activities with respect to IT cost and scope estimation as well project execution, for moves, add, and changes to the Group Network.
  • Provide advisory services to business representatives on IT equipment (LAN, Wan, telephony and office IT equipment) required for new offices and develop proposals for management approval depicting scope, approach and cost.
  • Coordinate with; manage relationship and continuous communication with key stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure shifting / opening of store or office premises as per the business mandated timelines.
  • Interact with other team members within Infrastructure and operations team for vendor selection and to arrive at the proposal for approval by business.
  • Manage the execution of projects in coordination with shortlisted vendors and internal teams. Co-ordinate with business project team, service provider, business partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation with minimal disruption to business. Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Create and update project documentation and conduct site handover to operations teams.
  • Maintain and keep updated the pipeline of IMAC projects and I&O RFC’s.


IMAC Team lead holds overall responsibility for deployment of IT Infrastructure for opening of new, augmentation of existing and decommissioning of office / store premises by exploring alternative options and proposing cost-effective solutions. Distributes projects amongst the team to ensure balanced workload and efficient IMAC team operations.

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Information Technology environment.
  • 3+ years’ work experience on IMAC Projects in an enterprise-wide environment.
  • Good knowledge of Network passive infrastructure design and deployment.
  • Working knowledge in Voice & IP Telephony, Wireless and Active network components including Routers and switches.
  • Skilled in developing detailed technical requirements of passive network components.
  • Adept with figures and ability to evaluate, compare and negotiate on commercial proposals for products as well as complete projects.
  • Team Player, self-starter with the ability to complete tasks in an unsupervised environment.
  • Have high inter-personal skills including politeness, and positive general outlook.
  • Analytical thinker, detailed oriented, with good problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and manages change effectively.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and on weekends.
