As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing key leadership to the Translation Operations Team in order to drive the delivery of revenue and execute process improvements.
Working alongside the Chief Operating Officer, you'll deliver against operational strategy, manage budgets and undertake full P&L responsibility. Leading and motivating the Translation Operations Team, you'll ensure that there are adequate resources and skills within the team to achieve objectives and maximise performance.
Additionally, you'll conduct regular customer interviews and oversee the development of the customer satisfaction programme in order to ensure a first-class service is provided at all times.
- Solid experience as a 'hands-on' operations manager gained within a fast-moving business at senior level, including the management of an operations team
- The ability to think strategically and deliver against the business plan
As the Senior Operations Manager, you must have exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills. Strategic and proactive, you must also have a hands-on approach and the ability to quickly build strong, effective relationships.
