With your extensive retail experience you will be an integral part of the Central Operations Team that support multi-brand retail operations in the UAE and ensure regional profitability.
Focus on KPI compliance and action plans targeted at loss prevention, audit, customer service and customer feedback scores
Mitigate risk and protect the company and brands’ reputation
Visit stores and identify areas for improvement ensuring retail best practice initiatives are in place
Monitor trading hours and trading and promotional license compliance
Visit the warehouse regularly and review supply chain activity to ensure stock flow into stores is managed efficiently
Support the expansion of all brands within UAE
Assist with store openings and project manage new mall openings in conjunction with all Alshaya partners
Help chair weekly operations meetings and drive relevant agenda points
Build strong relationships with mall management/marketing teams to ensure Alshaya maximises every opportunity
Work closely with the Dubai Government committees including DSS/DSF
Maintain a strong emphasis on the support and development of the UAE outer Emirates.
Strong communication skills and be able to set clear direction, motivate, influence and guide stakeholders
A high degree of self motivation with a disciplined pro-active approach
Effective project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
A developed management style with a mature and logical approach to problem solving.
Arabic language skills an advantage.
