Job Description

Undertake all activities required in the sourcing and placing of candidates. Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.
Take care of all recruitment related administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.

Placement and Selection

•Search for candidates for outstanding jobs, using most suitable candidate sourcing channels methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs

•Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

•Create candidates matches

•Publish vacancies to external websites

•Perform screenings on listed candidates

•Update personal files and all relevant records, ensuring availability of all documents in the personnel file (CV, offer letter, acceptance, passport copy, visa copy, and educational certificate copy)

•Verify references of candidates

•Submit candidates for Account Manager’s review

•Confer with management to identify recruiting needs

•Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies

•Align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives
•Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
•Inform candidates fully about the job and company
•Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
•Manage all communication with candidates
•Provide regular updates and feedback to managers
•Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
•Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends


•Must have recruitment experience, preferably in oil & gas 

•Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (recruitment fairs etc.)

•Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

•Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs. 

•Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues

•Strong problem solving ability 

•Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.

•PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
