Job Description

To manage accounts in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers target environment, achieve sales targets, deliver market leading performance, ensure Jumeirah is the first choice for assigned accounts, maximise revenue & commercial opportunities for assigned segment; enhance opinions of Jumeirah Brand, maintain effective communication within Jumeirah Sales and other departments  and inquiries are:

Business Development

  • Work closely with the DOS to ensure there is an aligned approach to business development activities
  • Identify and build productive relationships with business partners
  • Ensure all plans and activities are implemented to achieve a successful strategy
  • Initiate on a team level creative solutions to develop new and potential markets

Measure and Report success

  • Implement and monitor annual business plan for the hotel
  • Research, evaluate GCC, MEA and Government trends for future business potential
  • Ensure Jumeirah's systems and processes enable sales colleagues to succeed


  • Lead and effectively manage sales team direct reports
  • Maintain effective communications, with regular 121 and team meetings with the sales team and the DOS
  • Ensure that performance of sales colleagues achieves  objective levels




  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management


Responsible for analysing trends & communicating the following reports:

  • Daily performance review (Competition info, Revenue Report, STR report)
  • Weekly & Monthly STR reports
  • Weekly HIS Readerboard Reports
  • Monthly Hotelligence Reports
  • Month-end Market Segment mix


Any other duties as requested.

  • Must have solid overall sales background in the five star luxury hotel industry including a good understanding of all key segments
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in a Corporate sales role
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Must have commercial acumen
  • Must be result driven and action oriented
  • Must be guest/customer, market focused, & team focused and able to Influence people
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
