Job Description

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for leading all Level Shoe District Digital & Social Media platforms:
Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest & Tumbler. Developing & implementing content strategies for each channel, directly linked to Marketing, Communications and business strategy for the brand.


Online Strategy
• To develop Level Shoe District Online brand identity and tone of voice, based on brand philosophy, essence and values.
• To create content calendar, ensuring right balance between brand and commercial messages
• To produce exclusive Social Media content in line with international best practices
• Generate and maintain solid relationships with the major social platforms including Facebook, Google, Twitter and Instagram.
Content Management
• To research, create and gather content to be supplied to the agency on weekly basis
• To solicit & filter content from Level Shoe District partner brand’s on weekly basis
• Bring creative ideas for content creation & social media campaigns & promotions though own contribution, as well as finding the fitting suppliers.
• Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic to the store
• In partneship with PR manager, manage a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to create high awareness of Level Shoe District
Communication Management
• To work closely with PR, Retail & Buying teams to ensure direct correlation of Social communications to Marketing & PR calendars, in-store developments, as well as buying strategies.
Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring to the teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
• Effectively coordinate and manage Social media agency to ensure all social opportunities are leveraged and performance is maximised at all times.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor competitive activity on-line. Creating monthly reports of stand-out executions or campaigns relevant to the brand and suggestions of future implementations.
• With the help of agency:
• Present bi-monthly reports from social listening tools.
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
• Manage the budgets for all Social Media related activities.
• Quarterly in-depth re-caps of Online activities to Management


Education: University Degree in Digital Marketing / Fashion Communication
Previous Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
