Works with recruitment support and recruitment specialists in managing candidate database.
Strategize on sourcing plans
Will do job postings to different job boards and networking sites
Will develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring job orders
Will monitor and lead the team on reaching monthly target of qualified candidates
Will develop and train the team to source and qualify candidates
Will conduct initial screening on behalf of the Recruiters; will schedule interviews and provide administrative support as needed
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Behavioural Science, Human Resources Management, and/or Psychology.
Required skill(s): leadership abilities, sourcing, and recruitment
Experience in leading a small team
Great coordination and feedback communication skills
Required language(s): English
At least 2 years of working experience in Sourcing and Recruitment
