Act as a business partner with business group Staff Planning Managers, Hiring Managers and Human Resource Delivery Partners to develop effective and efficient recruitment and sourcingstrategies that result in client satisfaction.
Meet with hiring managers to gain full understanding of job specifications; write new or modify existing job descriptions; develop appropriate marketing strategy; define roles and responsibilities of hiring team
Implement sourcing strategy to be able to quickly supply candidates for job requisitions as positions become available and more importantly to build a pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate hiring needs.
Phone screen candidates and present most qualified to hiring manager.
Utilize BrassRing to manage candidate communications and flow through hiring process in order to provide real time metrics.
Communicate with candidates regularly to provide a positive candidate experience and to keep them informed on status of hiring process.
Compile interview comments and conduct debrief with hiring team so that position is closed in timely manner
Research business group(s) industry competitors to be aware of market conditions and be able to identify and source potential passive candidates.
Consistently focus recruiting efforts to meet minority recruiting goals to create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and competitive advantage.
Develop salary comparisons and offers and/or work with HR Delivery Partners
BasicBachelors degree required. Western education preferred
MENA Experience Required
Must be prepared to travel for extended time periods (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and others)
Experience in recruiting, sourcing or staffing
Recent experience recruiting in the Oil and Gas industry
Extensive experience recruiting in the Middle East at all levels.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems
Prior executive search experience
AIRS ACIR and CDR certifications
Experience conducting and training others in behavioral/competency based interviewing
Knowledge of employment law and regulations especially as they pertain to hiring
Superior verbal and written skills
Professional telephone presence
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
