  • Deliver and update existing courses
  • Develop new instructor-led training courses
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist with Training lab management
  • Monitor and address requests (via training distribution list)
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant training experience
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Experience with security as it relates to: Intrusion Detection, Security tools and technologies, Firewall, VPN, IDS and related network security design and implementation, Strong endpoint security experience, including network design, implementation, and management, Security network and systems related professional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Internet messaging protocols (SMTP / POP / IMAP)
  • Experience with developing web-based training courses
  • Fluency in English required; French, Arabic, and/or German preferred
  • Self-starter and self-driven
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Takes initiative and works with minimal direction
  • Strong team player
