Job Description

Our client is a boutique professional services company that provides coaching to support Executives, teams and organizations to enhance effectiveness and performance. They work with business leaders across all industries including Pharmaceutical, Medical, Software, Technology, Infrastructure and Government. They work primarily in Australia but also stretch into New Zealand and Asia.

Roles and responsibilities: 
• Establish and maintain the promotion of the Managing Director and his company's brand through Social Media.
• Maintain Social Media accounts e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blog, Slide share, Flipboard etc.
• Establish a website for the client's podcasts with associated blogs
• Research and join relevant groups via the Social and online media that support promotion
• Share content with relevant groups
• Find contents on the internet such as blogs, Facebook, Tweets etc and commenting on client's behalf
• Create "tweetables" from my content and schedule them for distribution at key times via Hootsuite or other platforms.
• Comment on the Top 5 list (list of people doing similar content that the client likes) with a link back to website

• Establish and maintaine the use of media for content management and distribution
• Organize/oversee outsourcing of projects to create podcast artwork
• Upload Podcasts to Itunes
• Create a downloadable PDF from for the podcast
• Upload videos to youtube, Facebook and other sites creating links, keywords and categories and dding a transcription of the video to the video description section
• Add videos to Youtube playlist
• Transcribe the videos and add them to Social Media sites
• Take screen shots of videos and add those to Facebook etc with links to videos or offers
• Upload presentations onto Slideshare (add links back to website)

• Manage Mailchimp to implement email responders and subsequent actions (contents provided by the client)
• Upload weekly newsletters / blogs etc


• Preferrably a Mac user and very proficient in Mac applications e.g. Pages and Keynote, PC users are also considered
• Google Apps - Emails. Calendar etc
• Skype user
• Wordpress skills will be a plus
• Mailchimp skills
• Solve360 CRM experience will be a bonus, especially Infusionsoft in line with plans to migrate to the said CRM
• Garageband skills and other platforms for video/podcast
• Experience working with managing outsourced staff like through Elance/99 designs will be highly advantageous
