Job Description

Job Description   To ensure delivery of quality service to customers, the projection of a professional and warm image, adherence to operational controls. Educate  customers  to use self-service channels ATM/CDM and phone banking hotline.


Key Roles & Responsibilities   - Sing up new customers to internet banking service. 
- Sign up  new customers to phone banking service. 
Ensure branches have enough stationery stock and the items are order as soon as supplies reach minimum levels - 
- Ensure all security items (debit card /Cheque book / Counter Cheques / Cheque returns/ Saolite Welcome Pack/ Cheque leaves) are recorded in register, maintained, balanced, destroyed, dispatched and delivered as per SD business process guide with 100% accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills   •Ability to detect unusual transactions (Money laundering, forgeries etc.) 
•Initiative and drive to achieve set service standards. 
•To be able to detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc.  
•Should have an experience in a front-office service environment. 
•Reasonable fluency (oral) in English/Arabic. 
•Should have a good knowledge of SCB retail products & Basic PC Skills 
•Have a good knowledge of the Groups Policy, Standards, local regulations and legislation of the prevention of money laundering. 
•To provide high quality service to Priority and Personal Banking customers. 
•To achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions.
