Under the general guidance and supervision of the Service Manager - Recreation and Service Leader - Recreation, and within the limits of established Shangri-La policies, procedures and Sports & Recreation Manual, handles all jobs and related services for the Entertainment Center, giving special attention to the operation of the area and ensures that all guests are attended to.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an International Hotel with a similar function.
Must be a college graduate.
Training or exposure in any Sports and Recreation Seminar or environment is a plus.
Oral and Written Fluency in both English and Filipino
A team player, self-starter, must be guest-oriented, creative and with an eye for details.
