Help improve customer service in your area by providing your opinion on services to organizations through Mystery Shopping. Shoppers visit locations and observe the atmosphere, interact with employees, make purchases, and report back on their experience.
The visits will include,
Evaluating the service you receive from the employees
Observance of the cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff interacted with
Evaluating knowledge of products offered, quality of service received Observance of ambiance and the maintenance of structures/fixtures
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills Strong ability to stay focused
Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with PCs and knowledge of and using Microsoft (Word, Excel) preferred
Ability to write comments and narratives is an added advantage
Target driven/ability to work under pressure
Availability is key - visits involve travelling and working weekends
Field work/acting skills as well as experience in sales is an ad-on
We are looking for serious-minded people who are dedicated to quality, detail and professionalism.
The ideal candidate must be at least 26 years of age.
No experience is required. Training will be provided for successful candidates once shortlisted.
