Responsible for the maintenance / upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards throughout the property to ensure all food and beverage served to the guests and colleagues as well as the general water supply and pool water are free of microbiological, chemical, in relation to hotel’s corporate social responsibility goals and objectives.
Evaluate the hotel activities environmental aspect towards its possible impact to the environment.
Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
Proficient in oral and written English
Degree holder preferably in any science-related courses
Has at least 2 years experience in any of the field as microbiologist, food technologist, and/or chemist
Has effective leadership and organizational skills, strong analytical skills and has high attention to details
Confident, flexible, good interpersonal skills, sensitive to guests and colleagues’ needs, a positive role model and willing to work on extended duty hours
Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System ( ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
