To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an International Hotel.
Preferably a College Graduate or any diploma courses related in Culinary Arts.
Must be knowledgeable and has a strong background in both Western and Asian cuisine.
Must have an excellent arithmetic skills and ordering procedures.
Must have a sound basic knowledge of food hygiene procedure (HACCP / ISO 22000).
