Job Description

Responsible for providing integrated solutions in key areas to drive business improvement. Will lead the definition and design of key enterprise solutions to meet specific, project-based requirements, which align to the IT strategy and architecture standards by functional/process area.
Global, highly complex and strategic in nature – Most of the solutions are developed with global standard requirement and implemented consistently across the enterprise. It has to fit with Global architecture and standards 


Experience in Application, Integration, Data and Technology Strategy and Design 

Experience in Solution Architecture methods and tools with good appreciation of Enterprise architecture methods and tools 

Experience and understanding of the issues associated with the Business Operating Model of an international company 

Change Management and Business Engagement Skills 

Facilitation, Influencing and Negotiation Skills 

Effective Communication and Relationship Management at all levels (inc CxO) 

Understanding or experience of Project Management Methodology (Prince 2) 

Understanding of Business Process Analysis and Design 

Understanding of Business Functional Consultancy 

One or more of: 

SAP R/3 (All modules), BI 

SAP new dimension products like SCM , PLM etc. 

Siebel consumer packaged goods 

Integration and data management applications 

Robust team work demonstrated both within and outside the IT function 

Customer satisfaction through consistently meeting business requirements 

Clarity and understanding of strategic thinking on key decisions 

Degree of re-usability and convergence driven by the adoption of the Business and application architecture

Desirable requirements 
Degree qualified
End to end solutions architecture and design and integration architecture and design (EAI/AIA)
FMCG supply chain architecture and design, high level design and documentation
supplier selection and management (HW and SW)
Warehouse management systems (Red Prairie) ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Demand and supply chain planning (Manugistics or similar)
Work Force management, transport management systems
RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server)
Project leadership and stakeholder management
use of SDLC, agile and UML, SOA, TOGAF
Prince 2 methodology
Integration analysis and design (MQ, XML, Mercator
OS (HP, IBM, AS400, SUN, PCs, NT Servers)
Networking WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, WiFi Architecture beneficial
SQL *Plus, SQL *Loader, PL/SQL
