Job Description

This position will be responsible for leading key projects across all the above categories but in particular FM, HR/Marketing projects.


•Responsible for the procurement sourcing strategy to deliver measurable benefits to the firm including aligning with business goals and value creation and savings targets.
•Implement the strategic sourcing process. This includes stakeholder engagement, opportunity assessment, market and requirements analysis, establishing sourcing strategy, supplier selection & negotiation and contract/supplier management.
•Assist and support the Procurement Director to drive and develop a  leading edge  procurement function and promote the ability of the function to contribute to EY’s overall strategic objectives.
•Ensure the value of supplier management is understood within all sourcing processes – such as championing the benefits of best-in-class strategic sourcing principles and practices and the importance of appropriate supplier relationships.
•Ensure contracts are in place for all applicable spend areas and reporting on spend under management and savings is kept up to date.
•Support the ongoing development and management of EY’s Supplier Diversity and Supplier Code of Conduct programmes.



•Extensive sourcing experience at managerial level or above •Experience of a variety of negotiations in a procurement/sourcing context
•Experience essential in being able to engage with senior stakeholders within a similar organisation and ability to maintain a robust stance when required
•Deep relevant category knowledge in FM, Professional Services, HR and Marketing
•Good working knowledge of supplier relationship management practices
•Legal and consultancy category experience desirable
  Education Graduate Level degree qualified     Professional Membership Fully qualified member of CIPS (preferable) or part qualified or other relevant professional qualification
