Provides pertinent and concise information in dealing with customers

Displays tact and courtesy in all interactions with any customer that has a concern about staffing issues. Serves as a resource to new employees of the pool in identifying the appropriate and established lines of communication.
Documents by means of communication book all staffing issues that need follow up and resolution. Directly approaches all individuals with who there is a concern to resolve conflict in a constructive manner.
Provides positive/negative feedback to management that will enhance quality improvement
Collects, inputs, and maintains staffing schedules. Assists with updating the Daily Assignment sheet by consistently checking the scheduling book.
Proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook and basic knowledge of Access.
Maintains daily a neat and organized work area and keeps working supplies in appropriate place.
Presents public image as displayed in personal appearance, report, and courteous manner.
Files and maintains all documents/records in appropriate files
Assists with the maintenance of department policies and standards by providing typing.
Prepares active work orders, processes payroll on designated date and time.
A degree or HND in administration with two or more years as an assistant preferrably in a healthcare setting.
Proficeint in the use of computer.
