As a Store Manager, you will lead, inspire and motivate your store team to achieve the both top and bottom line targets and the highest levels of customer service.
You will monitor, review and track all store activities against pre-determined targets set by the Head of Retail and Commercial Sales.
Working closely with the Area Manager and the Country Manager, you will develop and implement the manpower and budget for the store.
Working closely with these managers, you will set targets for each category within your store and communicate these to your team.
You will operate your store as an independent profit center, managing both the sales and expenditure, identifying and resolving any issues that may negatively impact the store's performance, develop rosters ensuring ample coverage throughout.
You must ensure the store layouts are in accordance with the store planograms and the merchandising is in line with brand guidelines, Track, monitor and review inventory in and out of store analyzing stock reports for variances in each category, monitor product availability for any in store promotions. campaigns, reporting any shortfalls to the area manager and Maintain focus on inventory targets including Stock Not Posted, MSL, ageing stocks, and returns.
Your role covers all areas of HR, Operations and Finance for your store including store targets, coaching and mentoring your staff, adhering to health, safety and security norms, managing daily cash flow and also representing your store in corporate events and meetings.
You will be educated up to graduate level with minimum 8 years work experience in retail 4 out of which will have been at a leadership level. Retail sales experience in consumer electronics is highly desirable for this role.
You have either technical education/training or the aptitude to learn about electronics quickly. You possess excellent communications and customer handling skills.
You are a strong, target driven and passionate leader. You love selling and can motivate your team to achieve the highest possible levels of sales and customer service.
You are outgoing, friendly, and have a pleasing personality. Lastly, you have prior experience in selling Telecom, Photography, IT, Gaming, or Electronics (Audio/Video) products.
You have flawless communication skills in English and Arabic, be a strong leader with exceptional skills in people and cash management.
