The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality recruitment administration service for graduate, industrial placement and summer internship recruitment and selection activities Deliver excellent service in line with our recruitment requirements and ensure service level agreements and recruitment targets are met consistently.
Provide a positive recruitment experience for all candidates that apply for a graduate or undergraduate position.
Liaise with Student Campus teams and Student Recruitment contacts to proactively coordinate recruitment and interviews.
Anticipate and respond to queries from applicants and referrals from Student Telephone Help Line; conducting further analysis if appropriate.
Produce reports to provide detail of interview scheduling activity to Student Recruitment.
Flexibly support other team members in response to work volumes to contribute to wider HR Shared Service Centre, Core Business Services and HR projects.
Keep up to date with changes to the firm’s HR policy and process and ensure compliance with Data Protection Act.
