Job Description

To work within the Student Recruitment team to meet volume recruitment targets and KPIs by managing pipelines and ensuring all candidates have an excellent experience at our assessment events. 



  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure service line targets for graduate and undergraduate vacancies are reached.
  • Work with a shared services operation and other internal teams to ensure the recruitment operation runs smoothly and a positive candidate experience is delivered ensuring all KPIs are met
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the business and attending regular meeting
  • Work with the business to ensure they have the appropriate level of interviewer and assessor resource to meet targets.
  • Support roll out of recruitment skills courses such as interviewer and assessor training
  • Ensure that recruitment systems are updated and used correctly to ensure information is correct.
  • Prepare various kinds of Management Information for distribution to contacts within the business and the internal team
  • Responsibility for running assessment centres. This will include managing the candidate experience from start to finish, facilitating the debrief session and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the day. Providing good quality feedback to assessment centre candidates within an established time frame
  • Work with Student recruitment managers on key aspects of recruitment process, e.g. systems management, reporting, interview and assessor training
  • Ownership of or involvement in new student recruitment initiatives and projects where necessary supporting continuous operational improvement
  • Ensuring high standards of delivery at all times to both candidates and the business
  • Requirements


  • Proven recruitment experience, skills and knowledge (ideally Graduate / Student Recruitment) with exposure to high volumes
  • Thrives on working to high standards by exceeding targets and KPI's in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a client driven environment

  • Desirable 
  • Previous Graduate or School Leaver recruitment experience
  • Previous use of Candidate Management systems
  • Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent
