Job Description

  • Lead and manage production planning, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, and transportation
  • Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
  • Develop annual plans with prioritization and resourcing
  • Develop and / or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization
  • Manage and / or execute procurement related functions (e.g., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts
  • Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of a degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5-7 years experience 
  • Good knowledge of end to end supply chain processes and best practices, management systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Use of an ERP
  • Experience in a cosmetic industry will be an added advantage
  • Good negotiation and sourcing skills
